Social Media Management

Light Graphic Design

  • Create simple graphics for social posts, thumbnails, and promotional assets
  • Work within brand guidelines and templates

  • Weekend and evening work required monthly [as shoots, launches, or events require]

F5 Productions is hiring a Production Coordinator to help keep our photo and video projects running smoothly, on time, and on brand. This role is the operational heartbeat of production, coordinating schedules, equipment, crew logistics, client communication, and deliverables so the creative team can stay focused on making great work. You will work closely with leadership, producers, and editors across commercial, brand, and social content projects, often in the outdoor and firearms industries.

Production Planning and Coordination

  • Coordinate production timelines from kickoff through final delivery, keeping tasks, deadlines, and owners clearly documented.

  • Coordinate internal team members and freelancers, ensuring everyone has clear expectations and the resources needed to execute.

Client Communication and Project Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for production logistics, updates, and approvals, keeping communication clear and professional.
  • Support pre-production meetings by capturing notes, confirming action items, and following through on next steps.
  • Track feedback and revisions, helping route notes to the correct team members and keeping version control organized.

Logistics, Travel, and Gear Management

Post-Production Workflow Support

  • Assist with delivery of final assets, links, and archival organization.

Process and Systems

  • Maintain accurate project status inside the company’s project management system.
  • Improve repeatable workflows, templates, and checklists to reduce friction and increase consistency across shoots.
  • Help identify bottlenecks early and escalate risks before they become emergencies.
  • 1 to 3 years experience coordinating production, project coordination, or operations in a creative environment (video, photo, agency, or content team).
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, you enjoy turning chaos into structure.
  • Excellent communication, you can write clearly, speak confidently, and keep people aligned.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once and adjusting quickly when priorities shift.
  • Working knowledge of production workflows, pre-pro, shoot day needs, and post-production handoff basics.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be 18+ and legally able to own and possess firearms (industry requirement).
  • Experience coordinating shoots in the outdoor, hunting, shooting sports, or tactical space.
